Car Rental Terms & Conditions
1. Our client after signing the contract has the complete responsibility for the state of the car.
2. Upon receiving the car, our agency will check the car. The car will have to be in the same condition as when rented to the client.
3. Driver: Minimum age of 23 years for a car.
4. Driver's License: The driver is required to have and display a valid Driver's License issued at least two years ago.Citizens of
Non- EU countries are required to have a valid international Driver's License along with the regular one.
5. Traffic Violations - Fines: Traffic Violations and fines are bore by the Renter.
6. In case of cancellation: From 21 days or more prior to the arrival of the client, then the deposit os returned to the client
(any transfer expenses are paid by the client). For less than 21 days the client must pay tha half price of the total days that
will be cancelled.
7. Additional Driver: The first driver is free of charge, the second is 5€/day. If it is hidden the fine is 100€.
8. Fuel: The renter is obliged to return the vehicle with the same level of fuel upon collection, in case of returning the vehicle
with less fuel the renter will be charged with the fuel difference. No refund will be effected for vehicles returned with more fuel.
9. Accident: In case of an accident the renter is obliged to inform the company as well as the police and present the police
accident report to the station. In case of an accident caused by the renter, the renter will be charge with 30€ as administrative fees.
10. Insurance: Insurance against third parties for material damages and bodily injuries. Bodily injuries and material damages arise
from the driver's fault are not covered from the insurance.
The vehicles are insured with the CDW insurance, with that insurance you eliminate the cost you'll have to pay in case something goes wrong.
If anything happens, you'll have to pay at most 500€ + TAX. If the cost of the damage is bigger, the insurance company covers the
rest amount. The above stand under the condistion, that there was no violation of the traffic regulation. Damages to tires, rims and
under the car, are not covered by any insurance, at any type of car. Not available insurance, inside boats/ ferries. Not available
theft insurance, as well as theft of personal belongings.
11. The vehicles are strictly prohibited without written authorization:
- Exit the Greek Borders
- Be ferried
12. Roadside assistance: Free in case of damage.
